SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard Shipping - 1 to 6 business days

  • Express Shipping - 1 to 3 business days

    • Deadline to order:  by 6pm EST.

 

  • Overnight Shipping - 1 business day

    • Deadline to order:  by 3pm EST.

 

  • Same Day/Next Day Hand Delivery

    • Only available for eligible local Tampa Bay Area

    • Order by 3pm EST

 

 

All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global logistics, Amely Flowers may be shipping orders to arrive earlier than the selected delivery date.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, your zip code, shipping method and products in your cart.

 

Same Day/Next Day Hand Delivery

We offer same-day/next-day delivery by our in-house courier service for an extra rush charge. Hand Delivery is available to all of Tampa Bay Area. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day or next day deliveries only for eligible zip codes, or if specified in advance via special request.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, our arrangements from Amely Flowers are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. During delivery, some petals of flowers can fall, that is normal for flowers. Our hope, at Amely, is that you fall in love with your gorgeous arrangement. We offer an extensive selection of different styles and colors, allowing you to find the perfect arrangement for anyone on your list. If the customer contact us later then 2 days after delivery, opened package or cut ribbon, refund will be not initiated. After opening the package, order indicates as used!

Replacement are available if bouquet fully displayed: broken vase, crashed roses and another flowers. If some flowers during delivery was taken out of vase and not damaged - it can be placed back into vase.

ADITIONAL INFORMATION & FROUD VERIFICATION

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. Our team will notify the customer by email for any orders that are flagged in our system.

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For any issues with your order status please contact us at info@amelyflowers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Delivery Insurance

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.
